Ready to join CHEC? You can do so by printing out and completing the CHEC Membership Application. The application is a two page form which you can VIEW/DOWNLOAD HERE. If you have any questions about the organization, which small group you should join, or home education in general you can request more info using our INFORMATION REQUEST FORM.
If you have trouble downloading the form, send an email to the site webmaster for help. (webmaster@chec-ga.org).
You should read both pages, fill out the form, and then mail your application with your check (made out to CHEC) to the address on the form.
Remember, our group functions as a CO-OP. This means that each family of the group is required to volunteer a small amount of time in order to support the functioning of the group. This prevents any one small group from bearing the weight of the work for the whole group. So make sure that you mark your preference for your family's volunteer position on page three of the form.
